Venues
At home
If the thought of big corporate gyms and fixed memberships puts you off this is not a problem. Your sessions can be done at home using simple equipment and utilising the local surroundings. This type of training can be ideal for those that have to stay at home or look after children.
Outside
If you are looking to get out of the house you may like to have a training session at your local park. There are many types of training that can be done outside and still very effective and great to add variety to your sessions.
In a gym/health club
I am a member of various gyms throughout the northwest but if you are already a member of a gym that I am not and they allow personal trainers I can meet at your gym and we’d have the session there. There is also a small private studio/gym that I have access to in Chester if you think you’d prefer to use an actual fitness suite but didn’t want to join a larger gym yourself.
