Nutrition basically means the uptake and absorption of the nutrients contained in the food we consume. Therefore it is important to understand that the right nutrition/diet is fundamental to you achieving your goals and improving your health. Without the right nutritional programme you can actually regress instead of progress towards your goals.

It is also important to be aware that the best nutritional programme will be influenced by what the individual goals are.
